I’m a painter based in Winter Park, Florida. In 2008, I began painting plein-air landscapes in rural and urban environments, and later expanded to still-life and interiors. Sometimes I paint people in moments of candid activity.

But my eye always returns to the spaces and shapes around me. I’m drawn to transitional spaces in landscapes and interiors, scenes of quiet stillness, and the mystery of the commonplace. My paintings often convey the sense that something has just happened, or is about to happen.
